OTSA Appropriate Body
OTSA is an appropriate body for Early Career Teacher induction, based in Oxford. We provide support and quality assurance of the ECT Induction process for state and independent schools in Oxfordshire and other counties in England in partnership with the Oxfordshire Teaching School Hub. We work with schools to ensure that their assessment is fair and consistent to ensure that ECTs have the best chance to meet the Teachers’ Standards at the end of their induction period.
We use the online ECT Manager system to streamline record keeping and completion of assessment forms and a combination of online and face-to-face training to ensure schools and ECTs are fully supported. We have a regional team of ECT induction leaders who are available to visit your school or meet you online when required.
