ECT Progress Reviews and Assessment Forms

All ECT Progress Reviews and Assessment Forms are submitted to the Appropriate Body (OTSA) using ECT Manager.


Deadlines for submission for full time ECTs who started year 1 of induction in September 2022 and who are serving year 2 of induction in the academic year 2023-24

Progress Review 3 - 13 December 2023
Progress Review 4 - 22 March 2024
Final assessment - 5 July 2024

Deadlines for submission of formal assessments for part time ECTs starting 1 September 2022 are as detailed in the table below. If an ECT has a different start date, please contact ect@otsa.org.uk

If any changes are made to an ECT's contracted hours during the induction period, the assessment due dates will need to be recalculated. Please contact ect@otsa.org.uk
