ECT Induction Training Videos
It is a requirement of registration with OTSA that all ECTs, induction tutors and lead induction tutors complete ECT induction training at the beginning of the induction period.
The training may be completed at various face-to-face training sessions in the summer and autumn terms, or by watching the videos below. The videos will take just over 30 minutes to watch. Please note it is possible to pause and rewind the videos or watch them at a faster or slower speed. It is also possible to arrange for a training session in your school led by one of our ECT induction leaders (fee £300).

Please confirm you have watched the videos by completing the form at the bottom of this page. This will then be noted on your training record on ECT Manager.
